Cancellation Policy

All rates are inclusive of foreign taxes, administration costs.
All rates quoted above are the 'START FROM' rates - there may be additional charges which will be advised during the booking process
Rates are subject to surcharges for national holidays & premium times - applicable to some airports only
VIP meets allow for 2 hours, after first 2 hours of service, additional per hour fee will be charged
.Any cancellation within 24hrs in the US will result in FULL charge.
Any cancellation within 48hrs for international meets will result in FULL charge.
Any cancellation within 72hrs for international meets in Australasia and/or the Far East will result in FULL charge.
There is an additional $55.00 - same day bookings
No show will be charged at the full rate
